1 Overview

ReviewFilter Global is a subscription-based SaaS platform. Because the platform provides immediate access to digital services — including SMS sending credits and real-time review management tools — our refund eligibility is limited to a defined window for first-time subscribers.

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record (Paddle or LemonSqueezy). Refund transactions are executed through the same platform and may be subject to their processing terms.

By subscribing to any ReviewFilter Global plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2 7-Day Refund Eligibility

First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

Note: The 7-day window begins from the timestamp of your first successful payment, not from account creation or first login. You can find this date in your billing portal or payment confirmation email.

3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in any of the following situations:

No refund on suspension: Accounts terminated for sending SMS without consent, fabricating reviews, or any other Terms of Service violation are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

4 Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

4.1 Upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. Upgrade charges are non-refundable once the higher-tier features have been accessed.

4.2 Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the difference in plan price during the current cycle.

4.3 Plan changes and the 7-day window

Changing your plan does not reset or extend the 7-day refund eligibility window. The window applies only to your first subscription payment and is calculated from that date.

5 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not constitute a refund request for the current billing period.

Reminder: Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund. If you are within the 7-day window and meet all eligibility criteria, you must also contact us to request the refund explicitly.

6 How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us at hello@reviewfilterglobal.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]" and include the following:

We will verify your SMS usage and subscription date against our records. You do not need to provide screenshots — we can confirm eligibility from our system.

7 Processing & Timeline

Once your refund request is received and verified as eligible:

Processing note: Refund timing is controlled by our payment processor and your bank — ReviewFilter Global cannot speed up this process once a refund has been initiated.

8 Exceptional Circumstances

We evaluate refund requests outside the standard 7-day window on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:

General dissatisfaction, changing business needs, or failure to use the platform during the subscription period do not qualify as exceptional circumstances.
